I’m sitting here thinking about how you drove Grandmama and Aunt Cynthia all the way to Kentucky to get my kids, how we helped Granddella fix that tractor, and how Granddella tried to teach you how to fight, saying, “Kick, punch, Larry. Kick, punch. Kick, punch.” Man, we laughed so hard after he left the room. I don’t know if you ever learned how to fight, but we definitely learned how to laugh. So many memories, but one that will always stand out is the look on your face when you became a father. I’m smiling just thinking about it, and I can hear you saying, “What’s up, Thomas?” Thank you for the memories. Rest well… rest well. I love you.
