I would like to express my condolences to your family. It can be hard for friends and family to find the right words to express at a time like this. But the truths from God’s word can bring us much comfort. In it we find that our Creator understands our grief. More than that, he longs to use his almighty power to restore life to the dead. Jesus said: “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” (John 5:28,29).
