Tributes

  • Onni and Katie Smith

We remember a lifetime of Sundays shared with Vivian at Epiphany, St. Cecelia, and Holy Spirit. She was one of a kind. I hope memories of her will bring you comfort.

  • Margarete and Clarence Smith

Vivian had an awesome sense of humor that we will greatly miss! She was genuine and we never had to wonder about her opinion on any subject. She was also a loyal friend whose smile was infectious.

We were church members first at Epiphany and most recently at Holy Spirit. She won a place in our hearts years ago and while we mourn her loss now, we will very soon replace the sorrow with the joy we felt all the times we were blessed to be in her presence. Rest in peace, Vivian! We love you!

I am going to miss Vivian. I met her at St. Cecelia’s. She had such a unique sense of humor that I bonded with her immediately because of her honesty and directness. One would not have to guess about her stance on a topic. I am truly going to miss her. God needed another angel.

  • Barbara Owens

I feel blessed by my friendship with Vivian and her family. Beautiful memories of our time together at Epiphany and St. Cecilia.
God be with you and may you feel God’s loving comfort, Lorie and Chelsea.
Vivian, “May the choirs of angels come to greet you and speed you to paradise. May the Lord enfold you in His mercy and grant you eternal life.”

  • Steven and Barbara Neal

May you rest in the Blessed Peace of our Holy Lord and Savior

  • Dianne Phillips

Vivian was a light of kindnesses and laughter even when she made you think she was Hollie Berry. The retreat was always full of joy when she was there. I loved her may her light always shine bright.

  • Mary-Sibyl Kress

I will miss my ‘roomie’ (always on bus trips) terribly! I know she’s making dry jokes in heaven and making laughter fill paradise!
