LIFE’S GREATEST CREATION
In Loving Memory: ARNELL MATTHEWS
Legends say that the hummingbird’s delicate grace reminds us that life is rich, beauty is everywhere, and every personal connection has meaning. You, Aunt Arnell, were our hummingbird.
After the loss of our mother, you surrounded us with love. Always providing us with a warm heart, a watchful eye, and a guiding hand. How profoundly blessed we were to have such a caring Aunt.
Your proud and resilient manner gave us hope, peace, and tranquility. With all of that, you still found time to celebrate our accomplishments and encouraged us during challenging times. With every obstacle you faced you rose victoriously, weathering every storm, teaching by example how to be strong under fire and flexible under pressure. And for that we thank you.
Words can’t express the heaviness in our hearts and the sadness which surrounds our world after losing you. We’ll truly miss our special moments together and all the days in between because you, our little hummingbird, were too well loved to ever be forgotten. But today we not only grieve our loss we celebrate your amazing life, and give thanks to God for blessing us with one of his greatest creations.

Our Aunt Arnell personified what an Angel must be like.
In the 60 years we’ve known her, Arnell never had a bad thing to say about anyone, or even lost her temper.
Plus, she could fry Catfish that was out of this world delicious!
Our condolences to cousin Vandy on the loss of a Mom who was loved by all who knew her.
However, we can all take comfort in knowing that the “losses” are only temporary, since we’ll all be together again after leaving this world.
If the weather isn’t too bad between Chicago and Cleveland, we will be at Aunt Arnell’s Remembrance Service.
Blessings to all,
Bert-Deborah-Nathanael-Joshua TURNER Family

Remembering a precious Sister, Aunt and Great-Aunt:
For we walk by faith and not by sight. We are assured by God’s Holy Word that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. We pray the Lord’s continued comfort and strength upon the entire family. Weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning. In time you will feel that joy and laughter again because of the sweet memories of our dear Arnell that will forever remain in our hearts.
