We started as next door neighbors and you would always look after me and my siblings. I remember you always making us laugh and shouting out the window on Angelus. I looked forward to seeing you everyday. You became family to us all. I still think about those times like it was yesterday. You will truly be missed. I thank you for all the beautiful memories I had growing up. Those were some of the best times of my life. Love you Mr. Friday and my prayers are with the entire family. I can’t believe you’re gone.

    Otis, truly a great neighbor!

While I was home visiting and you would be passing by my Mom’s-we talked when you wanted to remove items of; “metal/steel.” out my Mom-Florine Freeman garage! Honestly, you had my permission to not only take what was salvageable for your “junk removal,” but to clean out and make presentable that garage, but Florine had the last word!
My son, DuShawn, let me know you had died! How quickly life can change–Miss you buddy!

I am saddened to learn of your falling to sleep in death, and will miss your presence when I do come to Cleveland-knowing we can’t have conversations and laughter’s and you and my Mom won’t have words about that “junk” she won’t let go of in that garage!😊

Betty, my prayers to you, his faithful wife for years; what a loving testimony; may your treasured memories and devotion with Otis, comfort and bring joyous memories and peace and the same expressions of sympathy with the children, your grands and great grands!

Betty, the sacrifice of Jesus ransom, is our now ruling King in the heavens! Recall one of Jesus many promises, and even examples of restoring life back to our love ones who now are resting in sleep- as death is-recall “Lazarus,” was raised back to life and now Otis, will be in line to experience Jesus future blessing- as well, “The Resurrection,” found in the Bible-Acts 24.15, and John 5:28,29 Psalms 37:10, 11. 29 ..

May you experience Jesus, love, and comfort during this time of grief!

    Warm Christian love,

    LaWanda Larry
