Arthur Mack Bailey JR. was born on September 9th, 1949, in Albany, Georgia to Helen Marshall (mother) and Authur Mack Bailey Sr(father). Arthur Mack was raised in Albany Georgia and moved to Cleveland Ohio to finish High School. He was a Baptist and served many churches.
Mack Jr. was a remarkable individual whose spirit and dedication touched many lives in the Cleveland community. Inheriting the family business at such a young age, he carried forward his father’s legacy with grace and commitment. The Peter Pan Donut Shop was not just a place for delicious treats; it was a gathering spot filled with the warmth of his kindness and his passion for serving others.
His impeccable sense of style and his meticulous attention to detail reflected the pride he took in not just his appearance but in everything he did. Mack Jr. had a unique ability to brighten a room with his presence, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.
He is survived by 3 children: Mack the 3rd (Diona), Taylarice Boykin, Kim Whitmore (Melvin) and 9 grandchildren: Mack 4th, Javonte, Mason, Davion, Tamia, Makala, Jamir, Myonna, and Mya, 3 great grandchildren. Siblings: Annette, Gloria, Betty, Jerry, Shaakir, Deborah Diane, Lashun, Colette, Emory, and Laser. And a host of aunties, uncles, nephews’ nieces, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by his mom and dad, Sister Kathy and brother Fedrick.
