LaCelia A. Lemon was born on February 21, 1952, to William F. Tugard Jr. and Sarah B. Tugard in Cleveland, Ohio.
She always wanted to be a mother and a wife. LaCelia married at a young age to Willie Earl Cobb, and to this union, two children were born Aries and Arrion.
LaCelia attended Jane Adams High School and studied dental assisting. Later she worked at Case Western Reserve University in the dental department. She instilled the value of education and work ethic in her children by leading as an example. Before she retired, LaCelia worked at Medical Mutual of Ohio, and Aries, her cherished daughter, worked alongside her mother as an intern in 1995.
She enjoyed preaching about the good news and Jehovah’s kingdom in her leisure time. LaCelia , also enjoyed spending time with her family. One of her favorite mottos was, “There is nothing like family.” She loved traveling across the globe with her husband Gregory Lemon, attending sporting events with her grandchildren, and interior designing her home.
LaCelia taught her children and grandchildren to love Yahweh. In her last days, LaCelia was surrounded by family. She departed this life Friday, April 22, 2022, praying to Jehovah with her beloved son, Arrion.
She is survived by brothers and sister, William Tugard, Bruce Tugard, and Deirdre Tugard. LaCelia leaves to cherish her memory of children Aries, Arrion, and Andrea. Host of grandchildren Amier, Kwana, Zacari, and Ebubechukwu. Nieces, nephews, family, and special friends.
LaCelia dedicated her life to her family and left a legacy of love and the belief,
“He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things will have passed away. Revelations 21:4
