Dear grandmother of eight and great grandmother of seven. Funeral mass Saturday, December 14, 2019 11am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 4341 E.131st. Family will receive friends at 1030am. Burial to follow service at Hillcrest Cemetery, 26200 Aurora Road Bedford Heights, OH 44146. Public viewing Friday, December 13, 2019 12pm-7pm at funeral home.

Dear Merl, Gene, Dean and Family! My heartfelt prayers are with you during this time of bereavement. Fortunately, we are encouraged because we know that Ma Daphne believes in God and her eternal salvation is secure. She lived a great life — she love unconditionally and gave generously. She was an excellent example of a virtuous woman. Proverbs 31:28-30 (New Living Translation) reminds us: “28 Her children stand and bless her.Her husband praises her:29 “There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!” 30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last;but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised.” So, I praise God for Ma Daphne Allen for being an exemplar of woman who fears the Lord to her family, friends and me. I’m so grateful that I became a part of her extended family when my Uncle Gene married Aunt Merl.
